The annual seminar of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators (ISASI) will take place at the Intercontinental Hotel, Festival City, Dubai, from 29 October to 1 November 2018.
AIB Presentation
The Aviation Investigation Bureau (AIB) of Saudi Arabia – a corporate member of ISASI and active MENASASI member and organizer – will participate in the Tutorial day “Future Developments and Challenges to Investigation” of the Seminar with a presentation on “Current and Future Challenges of Recorded Data”.
This is the first time for ISASI Seminar to be held in the MENA region, ISASI has national and regional societies located all over the world, one of them is the Middle East and North Africa Society of Air Safety Investigators (MENASASI).
The theme of the Seminar is “The Future of Aircraft Accident Investigation”, which addresses issues like future of aircraft data capture, retrieval and protection of safety information, Development of new investigation techniques for aircraft, helicopter and UAS accidents, and Recent accidents/incidents of particular interest.
